GLOSS REQUIRES A CREDIT CARD TO BE HELD ON FILE FOR ALL BOOKINGS, AND WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOR CANCELLATIONS, APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULES, AND APPOINTMENT CHANGES.
IN THE EVENT THAT AN APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED, OR CHANGED WITHIN 48 HOURS, GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
GUESTS ARRIVING LATE IN EXCESS OF 15 MINUTES MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED.
NO SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE, AND REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY FOR FUTURE SERVICES.

IF THE SERVICE IS UNSATISFACTORY, WE REQUIRE A RETURN VISIT TO THE SALON SO THAT YOUR HAIR CAN BE VISUALLY INSPECTED. AT THAT TIME, WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR SATISFACTION BY RESCHEDULING A VISIT WITH THE STYLIST WHO PERFORMED THE INITIAL SERVICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE INITIAL SERVICE AT NO COST.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES ARE ONLY CONSIDERED FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS CONTAINING A SEAL OR CELLOPHANE WRAPPING. THESE PRODUCTS MAY BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 15 DAYS FOR AN ITEM OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE, WITH ANY REMAINING BALANCE ISSUED AS SALON CREDIT.
CHILDREN UNDER 12 MAY ACCOMPANY GUESTS ONLY IF THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE. WHILE THIS POLICY HELPS TO ENSURE ALL GUESTS ENJOY A RELAXING GLOSS EXPERIENCE, IT WAS CREATED WITH YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY IN MIND. GLOSS DOES NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO CARE FOR CHILDREN, AND WE CANNOT ENSURE THEIR SAFETY IN THE SALON WHILE YOU ARE IN OUR CHAIR. GLOSS IS A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT WITH SHARP OBJECTS, CHEMICALS, AND HOT TOOLS. WE LOVE CHILDREN, AND WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE TO KEEP THEM OUT OF HARMS WAY. CLIENTS ARRIVING WITH CHILDREN MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE, AND A CANCELLATION FEE APPLIED. WE UNDERSTAND HOW CHALLENGING IT IS TO FIND TIME FOR YOURSELF AND WE THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING OUR POLICY.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TEMPERATURE SCREEN ALL GUESTS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE SALON SPACE, AND FURTHER MITIGATE RISK OF ILLNESS BY USING ADVANCED AIR FILTRATION AS WELL AS STRICT ADHERENCE TO THE CDC AND OSHA GUIDANCE. MASKING IS OPTIONAL, HOWEVER, YOUR STYLIST WILL HAPPILY WEAR A MASK IF THAT IS A PREFERENCE. PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON A VERY LIMITED BASIS. OFF PEAK APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.
